The “King of the Witches,” Alex Sanders, and his wife Maxine Sanders founded Alexandrian Wicca, also known as Alexandrian Witchcraft, in the United Kingdom in the 1960s. Although the practice is recognised for its resemblance to Gardnerian Wicca, it also includes aspects of Qabalah and ceremonial magic.
